Just Moved Back to PA After 41 Years in Marina del Rey, CA

After retiring in Southern California I recently moved back to where I was born and reared, Hellam Township, PA. I'm presently a member of the Southern California Region VOA and would like to switch to the WV/PA Region, but have found no way to do it on line. Any suggestions?

I also need to find a really good, reliable Viper Tech in the region, distance is not an issue, quality is most important. I have two Vipers; a black cherry metallic with silver stripes 2000 RT/10 that's been heavily modified (> 920 HP at the wheels) and a Venom Red with silver stripes 2008 SRT-10 with a stock Gen IV ACR motor from Arrow. Any suggestions?

I'm also interested in a couple of near term events (8/22 Pocono Cruise & 10/3 White Mountain Cruise), but there are no details on the calendar as of yet. Is there any new info out there?
