2015 Viper SRT, Gun Metal Pearl.jpgJust taking a moment to introduce myself. I've been a Viper fan for 30+ years. I first saw one when I was in the Army, I was on recruiting duty in Denver, CO. One day, driving down the road I saw this beautiful vehicle. I had never seen one of these before, what is it? It was a red Viper, this was around 1990ish. Back then John Elway was the QB for the Broncos and as he was preparing to leave the NFL and retire he began to buy Dodge dealerships, one specialized in Vipers, and it was him, John Elway in the flesh cruising around in a beastly looking Viper, BAD ASS! And so, since that day I've always wanted to own one. It took me over ten years, saving $100 here and $100 there until I finally saved enough for a down payment. And about 4 months ago bought my first Viper, a Gun Metal Pearl, 2015 SRT and I love it. I will tell you this. Driving a Viper can be dangerous because it will do everything you ask it to do and, it will punish you if you are irresponsible. It will even kill you if you aren't careful for it is simply put, a race car that is legal to drive on the public highways and byways. So, I'm looking forward to increasing my knowledge and to bantering with you guys.
