Since you don't feel that you deserve to be ignored, I will respond to this one post by you. I'm not pretending to be self-righteous. I have on many occasions and on many forums readily admitted that we made some mistakes and were dealing with some issues. I even did so in the post that you quoted. Since you do not and have never had any actual involvement in any of our business transactions and over the past couple of years have made it clear that you simply want to ridicule and gossip, I have made a choice to ignore the comments that you have and continue to make. Your choice to make posts on our Facebook page had nothing to do with the content that was published and everything to do with your intent to disparage us since our successful project was getting more attention that you liked. I don't have anything to hide, but I also don't owe you an explanation for anything. If a client of ours makes a choice to post something negative in regard to a transaction with us, that is their decision. If we choose to respond, then we will. If we don't address the issue, it could be that we simply don't want to do so, or it could be that we intend to take some form of legal action, or for a million other reasons that don't involve you.

You can believe what you want to believe, it is of zero significance to me. We have been fixing the problems that we created and have done everything that we could each day to make it right with every client involved. I don't jump online telling everyone each time we complete one of these projects, because the only opinion I really care about is the client that we work for.
