Just put some WD40 spray (make sure you have something under neath so it does not your carpet dirty)
Is it normal? My car is only 1600 miles, and where exactly should i put the WD40?

I'd suggest something a little heavier than WD40 that wouldn't drip; but WD40 will work; just possibly messy. You should be able to see up under there where the clutch pedal lever arm pivots around a pin. Also possible is that it is the rod from the master cylinder that connects to the clutch pedal linkage that is rubbing on the rubber boot and needing some lubrication.
If you can't figure out where to apply some lubricant, I would respectfully say that you need some assistance there from someone a little more mechanically inclined. It should be obvious; but definitely hard to get under there and see.
Mine makes the same noise sometimes, seems to come and go depending on humidity.
My Cobra did that. Lube up the components and all should be well.
