Carolinas VOA - Mopars at the Beach Check-In

I figured I'd start this thread as a check-in for keeping track of who will be attending the Mopars at the Beach trip next month. I'm also finalizing the dinner plans for Friday and Saturday nights and I'm trying to get a rough headcount of members as well. Please post here if you plan to attend; also let me know how many people will be in your party.

FYI, the hotel said that after booking your room for August 14-16th (which must be done by July 15th), if anyone later decides they would want to come earlier and/or leave later, the hotel would honor the discount rate 2 days before and/or after, pending availability. Several of us decided to stay an extra day prior to checkout last year and they let us have the same rate.

August 14th -16th – Mopars at the Beach, Myrtle Beach, SC - Once again, the Carolinas Viper Club will storm Myrtle Beach and attend the Mopars at the Beach event! This is our third year in a row for this event since many have enjoyed in the past.

One of our newest members, David Hamilton, said he would try and be there. He has a '95 RT/10 and a '70 Roadrunner he'll probably have at the show. He and his wife live just a few miles from Myrtle and have at least a dozen great cars, including a BumbleBee Viper truck. They have to work, but might drop off their cars at the show early, then try and make the dinners, too.

Here's a rough itinerary for the Mopars at the Beach 2015 trip. This trip is a little less structured than some of the other trips we do, but the following is an outline for the weekend:
