Brake lights come on momentarily during hard shifting

I know this has been discussed in the past...Has anyone root caused this problem?

Brake switch for the pedals is adjusted to close and the back and forth slop engages the switch, take it in and have the dealer replace it, cannot be adjusted once the switch was installed.
