National Trail Raceway, Columbus, Ohio

We don't care what region you are from.
All VOA members WELCOME!

Come park your Viper at the VOA Ohio Region's "Viper Pit" tent across from the tower.

Friday August 7th, 2015

Something new this year!

We have been invited to participate in the
Rib and Jazz Festival in London, Ohio (Home of VOA National Headquarters) on Friday afternoon.

Jason (Stretch) will be leading a group
from National Trail around 2:30pm
for a spirited road tour to London, Ohio.

For others that want to meet us in London, everyone will be converging at the London, Ohio Speedway
parking lot by 4:30.

At 4:30pm we will have a police escort to the festival.

There will be a car show. (112 cars registered last year)
Entry fee will be free to Viper owners courtesy of Wilson Printing and Graphics (VOA HQ)!
Vipers will also have their own special Viper Corral for this event.

The London Police Department will be blocking off an
1/8 mile "drag strip" on Main Street for us to give
Viper Charity rides to benefit the Madison Health Free Clinic.

The VOA Ohio Region is buying dinner that evening for each Viper owner who attends the festival.
You will receive a meal ticket worth $10 towards a rib dinner at the Kiwanis Club trailer.

SATURDAY AUGUST 8th, 2015

We will be having lunch in the Jeg's Suite in the tower on Saturday courtesy of
the VOA Ohio Region.
Sam, Terry, and Bob will be handing out armbands so that you can get into
the Jeg's suite all weekend.

Saturday we will have a Viper Car and Truck Show and Shine at the tent.

One class for Vipers.

It will be an open fun style bracket race (like last year).

No pressure on et or speed, just run your dial in and win!

$500 to the winner, $250 to the runner up, and $100 to the quarters.

A catered dinner will held in the Jeg's Suite Saturday evening.
Tickets are $20
We will be selling dinner tickets all day Friday and Saturday.

Awards and a short auction will be held after the dinner, including banners, shirts, hats, and everything Viper!

We will also have a 50/50 drawing to help the
Jeg's Childrens Foundation.

Randall, appears many of us missed the deadline to mail in for tickets. I think I paid at least one year at the gate, but was kind of confusing I think. Is that sort of the norm for most of us attending? It's probably better now I'd guess.

You can still send in the form for tickets in advance. The June 30th deadline is just for the discount I believe.
