David Crunkelton can answer any questions you might have. Best of luck. Hopefully you can get the car equipped so you can drive it.
Calvo can put in a sequential using the stock trans case, then add paddle shifters, but have to go full MoTec
Don't those sequentials still need a clutch pedal to get rolling?
We've completed several automatic Gen V conversions, and a bunch more on earlier generations as well. Mostly these were done for performance and durability gains.
In the Gen V we spent a lot of time to fully integrate the units and have an overdriven option, transmission brake through OEM launch control button, OEM looking shifter, reverse light and camera functionality, etc. It's not a cheap endeavor to do it "right" given that the electronics are part of the magic of making it happen as seemlessly as this and not relying on a third party standalone transmission controller but the results are fantastic. There are chassis modifications required also that need to be done properly to preserve the integrity of the car beyond just a quick cut and weld job, so experience counts for a lot.
We have a few videos posted of it from the in car perspective on our Instagram page - I'll have the media team upload it onto YouTube for some easier viewing for those not using social media platforms.

The sequential does still require clutch use in various situations, and either mechanically shifted by arm or air shifted by solenoid it definitely puts a race car feel to the car both from a harshness and noise perspective.
