    Homeward Bound...

...after a stop over in Nebraska.

With all that corn (oh yea, hail too) growing in your backyard Bill/Mark, how is Kentucky the Bourbon capital of the world :-)

I was completely surprised how awful the hail damage was on that truck!

I sure did LOVE seeing it coming towards my house though!!

Some of the hail damage on that truck defies physics, it is like they came completely sideways.

I was there last year after the hail storm - amazing what a 5" iceball can do coming down from the sky!

Lived in Wichita, KS for 8 years. Those are just little dings. And all the glass is still in the truck. When ice chunks fall from thousands of feet they hit and bounce all directions. Also punch holes in house roofs. Kills cattle. Happens usually at least once a year wiping out all outside dealership inventory to the tune of hundreds of millions of $.

That damage is insane.... I certainly wouldn't want to be caught in a storm like that! You guys must have concrete roofs!

They shuttled employees and customers home afterwards because nothing was left remotely drivable, then it rained HARD for another day and a half... I totally blame it on climate change and wish we would all just stop making it worse with this obsession we have.... LOL

Blasphemer! How dare you insult the car gods?!

You must consistently pay homage to them via donating tire smoke to the environment!

Climate change is BS. Every 12-15k years we have an ice age. 1 Volcano eruption puts more crap into the atmosphere than the entirety of humankinds existence.

Too bad a volcanic eruption hasn't occurred...most of the crap it spews cause a deflection of incoming radiation, leading to a cooling effect. The greenhouse gases trap heat, leading to a warming effect. There are many GHGs more potent than CO2, like water vapour, but those are temporal. CO2 tends to linger. Heavy ash from volcanoes don't stay in the atmosphere as long either.
