Have a 94 and need to up the idle about 200rpm. Have never worked on a viper before. Can someone tell me where the adjustment screws are located. Much appreciated, thanks.

Why do you think it needs to be raised? Just curious.
Um, sadly, your understanding of modern fuel injected engines is failing you. The idle is controlled electronically through the IAC via the ECU. It must be adjusted electronically through programming. There are minimum close screws on the TB's but they are not easily visible and you should stay away from them. Instead, fix the problem with the car. Better yet, take it to somebody who knows how to work on fuel injected engines.
Thanks for info. Will take it in tomorrow.
Two screws and some throttle body cleaner will likely solve your issues:

Clean the AIS bolted to the right side of the manifold. Aftermarket often uses a small filter that can get plugged up and that will also cause low idle because of a lack of air.
Usually a vacuum leak will cause a high idle or the rpm will wander.
Check for any fuel leak around your injectors.
