    Recovering From Rare Cancer

Hi all! Well at the last holiday party I didn't make it known about my diagnosis of a rare form of cancer as I was not sure of the outcome. I have finally been discharged from the hospital and am now in recovery. I am hoping to be recovered in time to once again participate in our great events next summer.

Thanks and look forward to seeing you all in the future! Peter

Peter, I don't know you, but I think we can all relate to someone that has battled cancer. I hope your prognosis continues to be good, and you can enjoy your life again. Stay strong.

Hope you are on the road to recovery. I have lost my father, my uncle, my grandfather to cancer, and my mother is a cancer survivor. Also lost a couple of friends. So you can see that I am high risk, but nothing yet. It is perhaps the biggest scourge of our time

Keep yourself in good shape, eat well, and do what you doctors say, and keep positive!

Stay strong! There are a ton of great local events to look forward to! You can even start smack talking for the 2016 Autocross at Limerock. This year we've already determined that the gray colored vipers will take the podium.

Good luck to you and hope to meet you soon.

Best wishes from another long term cancer survivor. It will change your outlook on life. It will also make it a lot easier to decide if you want to buy that new Viper or not.

Thanks for the good wishes everybody. Been a bumpy road, but prigressing well.now and doctors are happy where I am in my recovery. Banker John, yes true, it does change your outlook on life post transplant. It introduces the notion of you don't know how long you have and, therefore, you have to live each day to the fullest! Look forward to seeing everyone at an upcoming event! :-)
