With some of your track related post sure helps us noobs out with knowing its the real deal on and off the track. Much appreciated.

And, the roads i drive daily are not the smoothest to say the least. So a smooth ride for commutes are a plus too. My '13 base was a rigid ride and I didn't care to take the car out for anything but short trips.

How's This Chorps?, Just Go With The Softer Spring, You Will Be A Lot Happier.

FTFY. I could not read the crazy formatting. That is one crazy long sentence. :-)

It's been fun to watch these get more road and track miles over the last year and a half. Customer feedback has been fantastic, and the technology really works.

    Hi Andy,

I see some conflicting info in this thread and I am hoping you can clarify. For someone like me who is 90% track / 10% street and is after top performance, are the recommended springs the heavy ones that Kool was unhappy with on the street? I can't imagine that soft springs would work well on the track with the ACR's big aero. Wouldn't it compress and mess up the rake and cause understeer through high speed corners?

I am primarily asking for a friend that has an ACR on order and is going to be about 80% street / 20% track. He's thinking about doing your suspension.

    Thanks

Noob question. Are you able to adjust ride height on the fly with Tractive?

No just the dampening is adjustable on the fly.

Do y'all have these in stock at viper exchange? How long does it take to install?

Been meaning to inquire. Is the DSC V2 controller along with mappings for the stock T/A suspension available as a plug-n-play option? Similar to "DSC Sport V1 Plug N Play Controller" offered for the porsche 997.

Probably didn't phrase my question well. Wanted to know if the DSC controller can be used with the factory TA Bilsteins shocks. Perhaps any gains from the DSC controller would be negated by limitations in the viper bilsteins.

Short answer is no. The Viper does not have magnetorheological dampers.

Correct. The factory Viper Bilsteins are traditional dampers with a fluid reservoir. Both the GTS and TA dampers have dual mode because of this but there is no ability to modulate the damper. It's just reserve fluid in for the stiffer track setting and reserve fluid out for the street setting. That's it.
