Cool What ACR parts are you gonna put in your gen v?

Looks like the ACR is gonna be a beast..But not everybody is gonna buy a ACR
However looks like some of the parts from the car look like they would work well on other lesser vipers.

    I'll start:
ACR style rear wing ends plates,
Wheel and tire setup, ...thank you ACR for helping another tire maker come to market.
    Steering wheel
Exhuast tips are supposed to flow better.?

It'll be interesting to see what the brake setup goes for, there are many I think would up for CC brakes, but the price may be too daunting.

Those brakes may be overkill for the street. Although I did have someone ask me today if CC brakes were an option, and I said, they may be soon! But MUCHO expensive. I too agree, that it's nice to have another tire option, assuming they make fronts in the 18 size as well,

I'd love CCB for no brake dust, but my guess of $12k for no brake dust is more than I'd want to pay.

ACR end plates won't bolt to a TA 2.0

That's exactly what the fella wanted - no dust. Me, doesn't bother me much, and with my Sidewinder 2s, it doesn't show as much! The CC brakes do look very cool however.

    Rear defuser looks pretty tempting.

His the ACR new 19" 19" rim combo due to the new front Calipers and rotors? They seem like they just fit the new calipers.

I think the fins like the Gen III/IV should have been on the GenV. The new ACR style looks good!

Ill take a set of the wheels.

Might be easier to just do a center band paint scheme on a TA 2.0 for a balanced street car with ACR styling. Can that be ordered now ?

Dont forget the longevity of a CCB setup, I read that c7z (z07 package) rotors would last 4-5 track days.

The rotors last nearly forever. The pads wear out and are costly. I believe the Z07 carbon pads are $1100? set. A lot of people are under the false impression that carbon ceramic brakes work better than steel brakes, but that is not true. Usually, the bite and braking are better with steel brakes and good pads, but the problem with steel is that they get hotter with each lap and begin to fade eventually. That is what the carbon addresses, they don't fade. The added benefit of the carbon is the lower rotating mass of them.

I'd like the suede wrapped steering wheel and the diffuser on my car.

Steering wheel and diffuser. I love the aero but it would slow my car down so much

I hope and pray that the ACR color scheme with drivers stripe is exclusive ONLY to real ACR's and they don't have a bunch of lookalike's cruising the street.

Any guesses what the diffuser will do to track stability on our TAs?

I too like the wheels and diffuser as an option, the big aero would be too much for my GTS springs.

It doesn't sound like the diffuser will be drop in from the description - I think it's going to be totally different.

I did 5 days with my 15 Z28 with carbon brakes..rotors no problem, pads were starting to wear down though...never ever had any brake problems even with a 3800 pound car.
