Talking Looking to join the team...

Hi All. Been out of the game for a while with having a fun car and think it's time to get suited up and back in there. Was a Mustang Cobra owner for years and built up my last '03 to about 625rwhp, but got rid of it when the family was getting too big (and the wife was scared to death of the car). Have always wanted a Viper ever since they debuted back in the early 90's and will even admit that I was one of the 7 or 8 people in the world that actually watched the "Viper" television show. :-)

Hoping to learn a bit more about the differences between the Gen3 and Gen4 so I can decide which I want to get into. Looking forward to picking a lot of your brains!

What's your budget? Gen 3s can be had from the 30s to the high 40s. Gen 4s you can find in the low 50s if you shop around. I would recommend a Gen 4 if you can swing it.

They have significant mechanical improvements (transmission + differential + a few other things) and more power.

    Welcome and enjoy the hunt!
