Awesome, take pics and post a thread on your thoughts/opinions after it's done please, as I'm going this exact route next month when my GTS-R bumper gets here! Thanks in advance!

Here is a link to pic on detailers site. I have not picked it up yet. Will get more pics when I have it.

Correction on CQuartz warranty. Its 2 years.

You can't see the Xpel on the rockers .

You have to look where the Expel ends at the air ducts on the facia to see the lines, otherwise you do not notice .

The C-quartz is much glossier than Opticoat. I have used Opticoat on 3 previous vehicles. C - Quartz will be used in the future.

Pics do not do the coating justice.

Just for comparison, I had XPEL on my last GenII and GenIV ACR, full car wraps put on by the actual HQ/Training center of XPEL. This is the place installers must go to get certified.
I think it is a great product but not for Vipers. It is THICK and is not as optically clear as Suntek. Xpel will take a beating, even held my body panels together on my ACR in a wreck. With it being so think if you do a seamless install like I do and wrap the corners it will peel up. I'd have to look at receipts but memory has me at around $5k for full wrap XPEL.
Just had my TA2.0 done in Suntek and VERY pleased. It also self heals with heat, is MUCH more clear and is thinner so all the wrapped edges do not peel up. Very happy with the switch to Suntek, sending 3 other vehicles to get Suntek full wraps on it now because of how well the TA2.0 came out. Also the Suntek full wrap car with full pinnacle ceramic window film and air blue 80 windshield film cost me $3800. Not a bad savings for IMO a superior product for our cars.

I also did Cquartz on top of all my wraps and highly recommend it to give it the glossiest shine possible. Can never have too much protection.

Where in Alberta are you located? And did you buy the car in Edmonton?

I have heard the same concerning Suntek. A high end detail shop in Columbus, Ohio. uses Xpel or Suntek . They let you chose but also say Suntek is more clear.

I had Xpel ultimate installed on almost the whole car for $3300. Only thing missing was rear bumper and deck lid.

My brother did Suntek on his C7 and rocks will literally make holes in it because it's so thin. It's a trade off you have to make. If you want optical clarity, less orange peel effect and a little less protection go with Suntek.

You brother did not get Suntek film then, or I gotta call BS. I've used XPEL before and Suntek. Both self heal and both protect the same.
Have several people in our club with both and many more with McLarens, Lambo, Ferrari, etc that track regularly at COTA and drive the hill country. One thing we are known for here is gravel and sand on the roads. I've not seen or heard one complaint that Suntek is any weaker than XPEL. From personal experience on same roads and tracks or from hundreds of other users of both products.
Both are great products. Both have great warranties. Both self heal. But the XPEL is not as easy to bend because of thickness and is not as clear because of thickness. I like XPEL and am friends with the guys who run the HQ in San Antonio. They used my TA2.0 to map out the precut design on their program (that the listed under GTS for some reason), offered me free film for the front bumper for it and I still used Suntek.

There are are cheaper versions on XPEL, I am assuming everyone is talking about the self healing XPEL Ultimate product. If you go to XPEL.com you can price out each area to cover, you are over $3k without covering any of the rear of the car just for material.

I'll post pictures of the holes in his SUNTEK clear bra later today. Holes started happening two weeks after getting it applied. I got XPEL ULTIMATE done at Paint Protection of Orlando, the seems came out so bad I complained to him and Xpel for listing him as an installer on their site. Xpel had me take the car to Auto Paint Gaurd for inspection and they agreed it was a shitty job. David from Xpel and Richard at Paint Protection of Orlando agreed to a refund so Auto Paint Gaurd can remove and re apply after the rally this week. Also Paint protection of Orlando ordered the base model wrap instead of the TA 2.0 design for my car, which Auto Paint Gaurd pointed out was listed under GTS (so they should probably fix that). And yes I paid $3300, you would be an idiot to pay the listed prices on Xpel's website. I work out deals on all my wraps, usually Auto Paint Gaurd does them but they didn't have any availability for weeks and I needed a wrap before the rally.

And I paid an extra $100 cash when the roof piece came in and I saw it only covered the front 1/4 of the roof, so he didn't use that and free form covered the whole roof.

To be fair Richard said it was the hardest wrap he's ever done and he's a stand up guy. I think he went a little over his head trying to do the wrap on the viper. David suggested he take lessons from Ryan at Auto Paint Gaurd, I think they worked something out.
