Please a person and it will go largely unsaid, have an issue, and this person will go out of his way to shout from the tree tops (as he should in most instances).
I have owned gen 3 & gen 4 Viper products and the cars have been an absolute JOY to maintain and own. I've never had an issues with anything outside of the normal wear tear, and from riding around in a gen 5 they feel like an absolute lexus compared the previous generations. If a gen 5 is too harsh for you, then honestly, a Viper isn't the right car for you, period. No harm, no foul, move along.
OP I feel for you, and hope your issues get resolved. Vehicles will have problems, the Viper is hand built by human beings, who unfortunately have their bad days. Things slip through the cracks, it happens. It is then on the corporation as a whole to make it right (and I think its this area the Viper suffers the most, leaving out our 3 fav dealership choices).
People want Mclaren performance, Toyota reliability, Porsche refinement, and Lexus isolation for a car that costs 85k. Get f'ing real. Trade-offs, they exist in life.
