    New rims for the car

Was looking after one of Tony's houses while he was traveling for business and noticed these things being used as a jack stand for one of his cars, I took the liberty of taking them Thanks Tony, hope you didn't mind, they are great!!

The center caps aren't pressed in which is why they aren't flush in the pictures. They are the HRE P106 in brushed dark clear 19x11 front 19x13 rear.

Probably going to order the older style red, white and blue center caps along with some Tikore matte grey lug nugs.

I have a better scale at my work but dont feel like taking them there to weigh them. I have my home scale which i use to weigh myself. I tried placing the rim on it but its too big. I guess i could weigh myself then hold the rim and subtract the difference. Its a ptetty old digital scale so hopefully its still fairly accurate. If i have time tonight ill do that

    thanks for the compliments.

Going with NT05R in the rears

not sure about the fronts yet

according to my home scale the fronts are 22 pounds and the rears are 22.8 pounds. so im saving 4.2 pounds each front wheel (plus going up 1" in size and .5" in width) and 6.5 each rear wheel vs my stock 5 spokes.

    so about 21.2 pounds overall.

Hands down the best and classiest wheels for the Gen V Viper, Period. It looks like they are made for it. It pains me to see people spend $100k+ on a car only to put some crappy Vossens or YOLO forged wheels on it. I'm sure these set you back a pretty penny but they are well worth it. Can't wait to see them mounted!

Very nice especially for Jack Stands! They kind of remind me of OEM C6 Z06 wheels! My wife would really enjoy having them on the kitchen counter.

Thanks, nineball Tony was great to deal with. Originally was going to go with adv wheels but didnt like the idea of their new 2 peice mono blocks. These cost a bit more but im more than happy with them and glad i spent more going the hre route especially once i learned they did design them for the viper. whats better than an hre rim designed fir my car

HRE LAUNCHES P106 MONOBLOK FOR DODGE/SRT VIPER

HRE has long been known as a performance-driven company where strength, lightness and superior engineering have forged some of the most iconic wheel designs of the past three decades. Inspired by its best selling three-piece Series S1 line, HRE has now launched a Monoblok interpretation of these three designs to create the Series P1 and the new P106 made specifically for the Viper.

The P106 is a split-six spoke design with a six lug bolt pattern available in diameters ranging from 19 to 22 inches and widths from 8.5 to 13 inches. Features include sculpted spoke geometry and lightweight pocket machining inspired by HRE’s world-record breaking motorsports division, aggressive conical profiles and spokes that extend all the way to the wheel lip.*

"The Viper has been a huge part of HRE's history so we wanted to make sure we had a model designed explicitly for the latest and greatest generation Viper and we feel the new P106 complements the car perfectly," said HRE President Alan Peltier.

Thanks for the business! I can't wait to see them on your car.

HRE aren't the cheapest brand by any means, but neither are Vipers. Exclusivity can be purchased

Thank God. I despise ADV wheels. It's a completely YOLO brand. They go perfectly with the all show zero function Liberty Walk cars. I don't want any liability so this is only hearsay, but a birdie told me they use junk USA aluminum. They allegedly burned the two major forging blank manufacturers here and they no longer want to deal with them. Supposedly ADV gets their blanks from a competitor's rejects. This could all be BS but I'm willing to bet their is some truth to it. It's from an industry insider who has no beef with the company.

Then again I am an HRE cheerleader.
