98intrigue Its crazy to see you have me in the 60-70, 70-80, then 70-90. After that is when i pull on you and im at like 5k rpm. Are you lift shifting, stock trans? I am stock and just blew my motor and trans last roll race at 1100hp 12psi setting lol

Since it's ET comparisons, it has a lot to do with momentum. The earlier in the run that you break the G trace, the bigger impact that will have on the end ET. So you not shifting twice has a large impact compared to someone who is - whereas if you look at just the metric of constant accel vs constant accel (not a lot of that in that short of a data set) you'd see the difference in power/feel. Heck, in just the last 10 MPH gain (60-120 vs 60-130) you are over .3 quicker than Ryan simply because you're not shifting again at the end of the run.

DA was terrible. I have a comparison from a better DA last November but I didn't run it to 130 then, just 120. It went 60-120 in 5.46. I'd say with similar DA this car would be 6.50-6.60ish.

    *** I know it's invalid, but just by .01%. I'm counting it.

I wonder if the 4.10's are actually hurting you. Any pics or clips of the car?

This was from this past weekend. The good air helped even more than I suspected. If my shifting was as good as the run from the summer it would have been even faster. There was one change in the setup however: this run was with a ported Gen 4 intake. The previous run was with a Gen 5 intake. And yes, the car made 647 rwhp with the Gen 5 intake and a 3.73 gear. I will be switching back to the Gen 5 intake and doing some testing for comparison. I will report back with results.

I have wondered that too. After this past weekend's run I don't think its hurting it too much, but there is always room for improvement. I wish I could do a 60-130 in 1 shift to see how fast it would go.gen4intake.jpg
