Have you guys found a way around the throttle re-learn yet?
Yesterday I swapped from an hp tuners tune to the arrow pcm. It seemed like once every 3 weeks I was getting a check engine light totaling 3 since being tuned in late Jan and it drove me crazy. The tuner would fix it but that meant me driving 3+hours round trip during the work day and I work full time so that wouldn't last long. I don't believe it was the tuners fault as he had other gen V's he tuned with no issue but my car just didn't like it. The obvious difference I noticed off the bat having put 75 miles on the car yesterday is the decel pop.
--and thanks Mark for getting me the pcm shipped over night even though I called past noon.
Service throttle, Downstream fuel too rich, cam position target performance & the car went into limp mode almost everytime I nailed it above 4k in 1st gear. This is a daily driver and I put 5k miles on the car with the HP tune I had in a 3 month period so I need it right. I'm doing the arrow heads & cam anyway which requires their pcm so figured I'd just get it now and eliminate the headache because I am not comfortable making tuning changes myself.

We just released more parameters that can help fix your issue, if it is from the tune.
If what we have cannot fix it, then the arrow PCM will definitely not fix it (if it's in the tune).
Remember the throttle and cam/crank learns need to be done when you put the HP Tuners in for the first time, or you swap PCM's.
I'll talk with Torrie about it so we can work on a solution.

KB Viper are you running on 91?
I do want to say that I know that HP tuners is a great product. I've had 3 prior Corvettes tuned with HP tuners with no issues and my GMC Sierra is tuned on HP tuners flawlessly. I'm keeping my HP tuned stock PCM and not ruling out that all these bugs will be ironed out in due time, as I understand this is not even a 1 year old Gen V product. Also in fairness to HP tuners nothing else on my car has/will change for at least 8 weeks and if these issues still persist with the Arrow PCM I will update the thread so that the information is fair and balanced.

Tony: was your car running 93 Octane or 91 Octane for the dyno runs?
Thanks!
Don't worry, California and the EPA will eventually drag everyone down to 91!
Back to the topic, if the range for the PCM only on 93 is 25-30rwhp, this means that 91 will likely produce 18-22rwhp. Of course, as you and others have mentioned, the arrow pcm may also make the car run better so this is a further benefit.
