Got mine installed. Tested with a buddy's Silverado. All went really well.

Was well over 5" on one side, about 3.5" on the other, which is not to spec. We cleaned up the holes well and went in with high strength anchoring epoxy and let it set up for a full 24 hours. We applied it to all holes, but made sure we had the thinner side "full." Lifted the truck first as a test to see if we had any issues with the concrete.
