From 2009 Viper Sevice CD:

Cooling fan retaining bolts...tighten to 10 N-m (89 in.lbs).

Radiator mounting bolts...11 N.m (95 in-lbs).

A/C Condenser to radiator bolts...5 N.m (45 in-lbs).
