    Touch Up paint codes

Does anyone have a link to touch up paint codes or a way to get a samll amount from Prefix?

I want to paint the Stryker logo on the wheels to match my Y'orange paint and the SRT logo in the wheel as well.

I picked them up from the parts department at Tomball. Just call David and tell him what you want. Had no problem getting TA Orange.

Your paint code should on the doorjamb sticker. That's what you're asking, or where to get the paint.?

BGilbertson here from MO is offering that meticulous service quite inexpensively....

And the paint code is on doorjamb ID as Wex noted

    Thanks JonB!

TexasTonka if you don't have your car yet....I use this website:

    http://paintref.com/paintref/index.shtml

To do it right you'll need at least 3-4 hours of time,$4 of 800 grit sandpaper, $7 in brushes including one with a single hair, $20 in paint (more if you do 2 colors), $8 in clearcoat....and $10 of stripper if you mess it up! Touch up paint has very strong solvents in it....do not clear coat or paint over another paint until completely dry. I found this out the hard way more than once. I bake mine under a hot lamp to speed the process up.

TexasTonka....are you Kurt? ....if so are you looking to paint the snake on the Hyperblack i just did? If you send the caps and paint to me I'll do the snakes for $20 since you already paid $55 for the HB paint job. I'll send the caps and paint back to you so you can paint your "SRT" on the wheels......I'll eat the extra shipping since you gave me 2 sets.

...Or I can track down the paint and we can do $20 + actual paint cost. I'll send the paint with your caps..... Let me know!

Yeah that's me, got the caps in and they look great. First thing Yvette said was why didn't you paint the badge to match? Forehead slap moment.
They are still boxed up so I'll shoot them back to you. Send you more info on email.

Thank you! Was fast turn around and both sets look really good.

Oh... I just had a forehead slap moment. I looked at the "Y'Orange' paint code. it is... PY5. Yup the same PY5 from the Jeep line up in 2012/2013 for Dozer Yellow...

Well I do own a construction company so maybe that is why I was drawn to it. And now I know I can get a Jeep Rubicon in the EXACT same color to match...
