I do not have a lot of need for laser jammers so I went with the 8500ci plus. has the red light/speed cam alerts and eliminates false alarms. Install is rather easy in the viper, hardest part is finding a home for the display/ led alert light and all the extra wire that comes with it. I ended up with the display above the mirror and the trigger light in the driver side pillar. here are some photos.

the indicator light is barely visible in the day time, and while in the shop was not distracting at all to forward drive. Ill report back after the fresh 6" of snow disappears

Nice set up, but would it not fit in the "v" part of the front grille? or does the honeycomb plastic interfere with it? Just curious, I'm a symmetry freak...

so am i thats why i got it as close as i could to the center. the sensor is much to big to fit in front of the honeycomb. would have had to cut it out to make it fit there and i did not want to do that. its not as in your face as the camera shot makes it look. it does blend in on my car rather well.
