New wheels arrived. They came out pretty sweet!

Soooo I ordered these a couple weeks ago hoping I'd be up and running for TX2K15. Well as promised...Strasse Forged got my new wheel and tire set up here in time but if you are following my other thread my car isn't ready. I'm STILL chasing down a vibration . Anyway the new wheels look great...the color was scaring me at first as I had no idea how they would actually look since I was only able to look at color swatches via cell phone pics. Speaking of cell phone pics...sorry about these...it's was raining all day yesterday...I only had time to bolt these on and take some quick pics. I also have the Tomball lowering caps on and I'm sure the car will settle down a bit after I make my maiden voyage.
    The specifics:
    Strasse Forged SM6R
    20" X 10.5" and 20" X 13"
    Toyo Proxes TT1R 345 and 285
Overall the quality is REALLY good. My last 10 sets if wheels agave all been ADV1 and HRE. It was a stretch to make the jump to another manufacturer but I'm glad I did.
Thanks to Boost Logic and Strasse Forged.

I like it! I'm a sucker for gold/bronze wheels! Is different and I appreciate that as well!

Goes well with black.. I'd also have a hard time going with anyone else than HRE or ADV.1

What is the weight compared to the stock wheels?I know the Sidewinders (did you have them?) are pretty light. I like the design, but.....personally the gold isn't doing it for me. Would like to see them in black or chrome. Let us know how they are once they get settled in.

Hope you get the issue with your car straightened out soon - what a nightmare.

Looks great. Like the gold color and the design. Cudos for bucking the black rim thing. Will through a huge party when this black rim BS is over. Black rims on a black car only and that is barely acceptable. Some small good pin stripes around your GTS stripes would look hot.

I think only a black car could pull these off. Looks good!

Beautiful car. Then again I have liked every car you have had. I love the gold and black. So tired of the black wheels.

I like it. It's a bold choice for sure. But I like it and it'smnot something you see often. I love black wheels but obviously they are very popular and you see them a lot. I like the looks of this and think it really stands out.
