Black Chrome Rattlers from JonB? Mine!

Talked to Jon a few hours ago and paid in full. They should arrive sometime next week.

I'm pumped! I'd been thinking about Venoms but kept going back to the Rattlers. Then I read he a set of the Anodized Carbon wheels new and unmounted. I'm glad I waited.

I'm going with the P-Zeros, also bought from Jon. I won't get specific, so let's just say worthwhile. I talked to Heather at Pirelli this week, they have P-Zeros in stock btw.

These are going on my Emerald Green 94. It's still away for a little bit longer. Yous guys will have to wait for pics.

The car currently has the Gen 2 18 wheels, which will be for sale soon. When I bought it last year the previous owner told me he put new wheels and tires on less than a couple thousand miles ago. I took it to mean fresh rubber. Wasn't the case, I think he meant new-to-the-car. The dates on the tires are 3301 front and 5100 rear! Yeah, so I was driving on 14 year old tires. Thankfully I drive cautiously.

If you were hoping to get the Black Vapor Chrome Rattlers for your snake too bad 😀 I'll get some pics up here for you.

    Look forward to seeing them.

So many of the Gen5 wheels look great on the Gen2.

Lighter wheels, new tires?! You're going to be riding in style now! I'm sure you'll appreciate that car much more.

I need to get the wheels first. Bought them Thursday and so far I have one rear tire delivered tonight. Wheels, according to ups tracking, should be here Monday March 30 by end of the day. Hopefully I should have the other three tires by then lol.

I agree this thread is worthless without pics. However I will not post others pics of the wheels. So I have to wait like you guys.

I don't know what the Rattlers look like. Also, maybe you got the Rattlers from the guy with Carbon Gen 5 who just got Sidewinder II's.

No, he is keeping his for posterity-collectability on CED.

Jon's the best! He's always the first person I look to anytime I need something for my Viper. I just ordered some Pirelli PZeros from Jon myself for about the same cost I could have purchased them direct from Pirelli through the VOA deal including shipping and sales tax.

Alright, alright, I finally got the wheels on the car this weekend. Very happy with them.

I use an Ipod Touch for pics and I don't think they come out good. I'll apologize in advance.

    I went with 3/8 spacers.

I bought plain black center caps and had Pete laser engraved.
