I had severe wheel hop prior to doing my motor and tranny mounts which were torn.I replaced them with a polyurethane mount,which BTW I kinda cant stand the vibration from them at 2500rpms.
Now I still have some wheel hop in 1st gear,(used to be in 2nd gear also..) not as severe but it is still there... What is the next logical chain in the link to address? My car is an RT10 with 40,000 miles. The tires have tons of meat on them, but look as if they are starting to dry rot a little, so Im assuming it could be the tires..I do have BFG KDWA tires, which I hated on my old car and had horrible straight line traction.
Tires? Suspension? or rear differential mounts? Thanks.
