    New owner here in CT

Hi all. Muscle car owner (68 GTO) here and very excited about my '13 SRT Viper GTS. Been reading about these cars for 20 years and have had one ride in a Viper that scared the hell out of me. A great opportunity came along and I bought mine last month (brand new)!

Welcome! Congrats on the new car...now lets get your avatar up. Go to settings in the upper right hand corner, when you click it you will see a list of options on the left hand side of the screen, click (edit avatar) to post a pic for your avatar you will need to resize it first to 130 by 130 pixels or 195.3 KB (whichever is smaller). Once you do that, you are ready to upload.

Congratulations on your new Snake... I once had a 70 GTO some decades ago.

    Welcome Aboard! Beautiful choice!

Make sure to check out the NY/CT Event Calendar. We have a lot of cool stuff going on this year; much more than just car shows :-)

In 2012, according to the CT DMV, there were 199 registered Vipers in CT. Our club has a large number of CT Viper owners which has climbed steadily over the last few years. I particularly enjoy driving the Rte 15 -> I-91 -> CT-9 -> I-84 -> I-691 road course...I mean circuit...highways. Now that temps are climbing we just need the road salt/sand to clear up! Soon now.

Welcome and congrats on getting a Viper, you're going to have a blast with it and all the new friends you'll make in the NY/CT club and beyond.

We have a brunch gathering next weekend in CT in Westport if you would like to join us and meet some of the NY/CT members, you can drive anything, you don't have to bring your viper. Here's a link with the details: http://driveviper.com/forums/threads...arch-22nd-2015

Congratulations and welcome from the New England chapter. You joined a great chapter and you will meet some really nice people. Hope your new car was worth the wait.We went to Detroit last summer to tour the Conner plant and the Prefix plant to see where they were painted. It was a great experience seeing first hand the parts, piecies and the people that assemble our cars.Enjoy and good luck with it.
