Hi all. Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. My name is Greg, and I have considered a Viper as my dream car since I was 15. So I finally pulled the trigger and ordered a 2015 about four weeks ago, a Stryker Orange GTS.
SRT has told me I am D1 with an estimated arrival date of March 29th, but I am mentally preparing myself for it to arrive even later. Until then, reading these forums has been the only thing that has kept me sane. It is exciting to see such a lively owner community.
All of this waiting around is really wearing me out!

No such thing as a patient owner to be. If you weren't impatient we would be worried there was something wrong with you. Congrats on your purchase. Waiting is the hardest part. As soon as it arrives though you will say "worth it!"

Congrats! I've had my Gen 5 since October, and haven't been able to drive it in weeks due to weather, so believe me, I know (and we all know) impatient. When you get it, it will be WELL worth the wait!

Those of us that ordered the first Gen 5 cars built had to wait 9+ months. No sympathy here

It's here, it's finally here!
Unfortunately it was late and raining by the time I got out of the dealer, so I haven't had a chance to take any nice pictures yet. Although I can say that the paint is easily the best I have ever seen on a car.
Even being relatively late at night with almost no traffic, someone still raced up beside me on the drive home to take pictures of the car. This is going to be a whole lot of fun.

Hell yeah! That looks awesome! I don't think anyone has posted pictures of this color in sunlight, so I fully expect you to do so today since it's not supposed to rain (at least here in the Tampa area).
