    TA shocks on back order....

I brought in my TA to moss bro. dealer 2 wks ago for front driver's side leaking shock...
today, I call and they tell me it's on 'national back order'... they must not have made enough of them ....
anyone had their shocks replaced already?

not driving it due to fully depleted oil on that side....

    'TA #66,

This is a case where you should call the 800 customer service line.

Car will be down (VOR) and MAYBE C/S and/or a GOOD dealer has the clout to get a part broken loose from CAAP. It has happened. Dodge does not want the Back-Order to put you in a "Citrus Condition"...

I saw your post on the VCA forum - still nothing - I'd contact a lemon law attorney and get a fire under their asses to do something. Your first post about this was 1/15, so you've been out of commission for more than a 30 days at this point.

yeah.... it's amazing that they didn't prepare extra parts for the TA.... looks like i'm not the only one waiting on shock...
is there a specific 800 cs # for the srt/vipers ? i'd like to start calling now, as it's getting pre long of a wait with no answer/call from them with even some type of headsup/courtesy call as to when I can expect something...

855-778-8326. Ask for SRT. Have your vin ready.
