Yes, I'm starting to worry about that now - looking ahead, it's forecasted to be a wintery-mix on Saturday. That's nearly a week away, so hopefully that will change but things aren't looking too promising right now.

Great news. Got car back from Tom today. We are all fixed. So I'm going, weather permitting.

P.S. dealing with Tom has been the best service/repair experience I have ever had. Fast, very affordable, far exceeded my expectations.

Weather permitting I was wanting to attend the dyno day in Raleigh. I am curious to see what I am working with but I still have some issues with it. Is it safe for the car? Some people say yes some say no.

I wouldn't say it is necessarily "bad" for the car. You basically take it up close to redline once or twice to get your stats. These motors are made to run, so I wouldn't be afraid to try it. If you don't feel comfortable, that's okay too. Some guys just show up to hang out with others and observe.

Weather's deteriorating for Saturday as we speak. 50% snow and temps in the low 30's. I'll show up if the event isn't rescheduled, in my Civic Hybrid, not my Lexus Hybrid! The Viper's a lot like me, shrivels up in the corner of the garage and doesn't want to come out.
