Sounds good! Skeeter, I'm also in the process of booking the event at the Saratoga Auto Museum. I'm not sure about the cost yet (I've seen $10-$20 per car from last year's events), but I'm going to talk to Heidi tomorrow. So far, here is what I do know: They will help advertise the event and the event is usually held from 10AM until 2PM. From there I thought we could cruise to the Saratoga Race Track for lunch and an afternoon of horse racing. After that ends we could cruise to downtown Saratoga and enjoy a nice dinner at one of the nice restaurants on Broadway. After that everyone could enjoy Saratoga their way or head home. I figured we could also invite the New England and New Jersey members as I have a feeling they might be interested in attending. Do we have any events planned for Saturday, August 2nd?

At this time I think Tony has an open calender. But Early August
I will be in South Dakota so all I can do is help with set up.

Skeeter, when will you be out of state? If you want to come it doesn't necessarily have to be early August...I'm just trying to set it up during track season so we can make a full day event out of it.

I travel quite a bit in the summer so I just try to help when I can.
I'm also very deep in the motorcycle industry so my free time is hap hazard.
My main event is a fall cruzzze in the Catskills.
The "Track season" in Saratoga" may not be the best timing, as you know
Vipers don't like stop and go traffic in high temps. Some time this weekend
    give me a call.

I wasn't aware of that considering my Gen III hasn't had any issues in stop and go traffic so I wasn't aware of that (I had it in the Americade and Adirondack Nationals). If we do the event from 10-2 we would actually avoid all the traffic going to the track consider the first race is at 1. Normally I leave a couple races before it ends to avoid the traffic, but I suppose we could try it if there is enough interest and worst case scenario if it is too much traffic where it wasn't enjoyable then we avoid doing it in the future.
