Sometimes, it depends how good the seal is on those rear cabin pressure release flaps, AND weather you have a window open, sometimes the gasses can swirl around at the back of the car, depending on wind, it can sometimes make your eyes slightly sting.

This was one of the reasons I changed the rubber fabric material on my rear vents, (we talked about that on the other thread)
