PCV Catch Can Install on Gen II

This PCV Catch Can System for Gen II Vipers has been thoroughly Road Track and Street / Highway tested.
For Functional Testing, the PCV Catch Can System is installed on a 1997 GTS.

No holes were drilled and no permanent modifications are made to vehicle.
Access as to empty lower cup via -6an port cap or remove entire unit to unscrew lower cup.

This Design allows for installation with the Factory Air Cleaner Housing as well as the K&N Carbon Fiber CAI System.

After 1800 miles of Highway and City driving at constant speeds of 80mph-85mph on the Highways ( as allowed),
the lower cup contained 3.35 oz. of engine oil.

After which, the Smooth Tubes were removed as to inspect the intake manifold track and found no oil residing in the intake runners.
This design will correct an issue of engine oil entering the intake track causing the contaminating the combustion chambers and piston crowns.
Oil Deposits in the combustion chambers and on the piston crowns will reduce Octane Levels of Fuel and initiate Detonation.

After 3,855 miles of combined Highway and City driving, it revealed no measurable engine oil consumption.

    ----------------------------------

The CCV ( Crank Case Ventilation) on the Gen II originates from the 2 elbows, one from each Valve Cover end that is routed to a "Tee" connected to the Air Filter Inlet Duct.

The O.E. PCV (Positive Crankcase Valve) ( if so equipped) or the O.E. CCO (Crankcase Orifice for Metering Function) ( if so equipped) originate from the engine block lifter valley secured with a grommet are routed via rubber hoses to a "Tee" which is subjected to engine vacuum.

This PCV Catch Can System is interfaced to the PCV Equipped or CCO Equipped Hoses.
Reduction of Oil Contaminated into Intake Manifold Runners.
Function and Results of this PCV Catch Can System are documented via testing
on a 2000 RT/10 (CCO Equipped) which was Street and Highway Driven and a 1997 GTS ( PCV Equipped) which was extensively Highway Driven on a continuous 1,800 mile trip. Then the GTS was Driven on the COTA Road Course and Auto-Cross Events.

This is not rocket science. Here's a how to: http://driveviper.com/forums/threads...-Oil-Seperator . I think the total cost was $117 and it came with the hoses. The mounting bracket was a few dollars. Cheaper if you find one of them $30 ebay catch cans. I have a separate system for catching the valve covers, made by AC Performance. Only oil I catch is from the CCV orifice when on the track.

This PCV Catch Can System is sold through a joint effort of Design, Prototype, Testing and Manufacturing.
Production is very limited unless the demands justifies ROI ( Return On Investment)

No insults to any VOA forum viewers.

I got Totally "Scolded" by the VCA forum ( Viper Jeff and NSANE ) stating that other members were complained about my post promoting sales of products without Paying for a "Vendor" Listing.

I was just providing an option for Gen II owners.

If you send a p/m I can refer you.
There are installation photos and videos.

There is no deliberate intention on my part to circumvent the Vendor Policy on the forums.
