I don't know what the rules are as far as dealers ordering cars goes, but the dealer I talked to told me he ordered the 2015 that was built and waiting final inspection and wanted to know if I was interested. As far as all the high priced 2013 GTS's goes part of the problem is Dodge priced the cars too high and dealers ordered more cars then they could sell at the price. In the end supply and demand forced Dodge to lower the price. Now it's almost 2 years latter and the value of a 2 year old car (even though its never been titled) is a lot less then the value of a current model year car. The supply of new Vipers is still vary high compared to the demand. Again, in the end supply and demand will set the price the remaining 2013's will go for. It seems that some dealers are ready to cut their losses and sell before they depreciate even more while others are hoping to get more then the market seems to support.
