I know Viper Jeff has attempted to garner this info and he made several attempts to approach the VCA to put together some info. Unfortunately he was treated like a Lepper. He might be the guy to head up this useful project.
    Sorry, way off topic.

I have all the build dates for 92's. Still working on the hour part. Using just the date, they are for the most part in order. The hour might complicate things a bit, but I don't think by much. I don't have anything one way or the other to help with the question. The first one rolled off the line ***, #79 rolled off on ***. I've seen a 1992 that is signed by Carroll Shelby, that's about it (ie#133)

    Good luck with your search
    Jeff

I hear there is a secret build date list.... shhhhhhhh

Maybe it's the one Carroll Shelby leaned/sat on.
If it still has his butt print on it, that might make it more valuable to a certain niche of collector.

Chrysler has all the info available. Any 92 owner can email them (customerassist@chrysler.com) and they will provide the MDH and the selling dealer. It's available. Can't see why the club can't get the info. It's available for to Viper owners, not just 92's. Problem is no "GAS" at the top.

It's not that car, it has the sneaky pete badging on the hood (the car for sale). I spoke to him yesterday and he refused to give me the vin so I just figured it out myself like you guys did. Something doesn't jive with the story. He also doesn't seem to know the correct number of 1992 cars made that year.

If you want to prurchase a low-mile 2-digit 1992, that has some serious CS documented involvements, please contact me. Under $35K, and VERY nice. JonB@PartsRack.com

Hey of course, no worries it's always good for us to find and vet these cars as a community.

That is crazy, Marcus Hook is close to me. Not a place I would want to drive a Viper through either.
