I would also order a set of 4 P zero corsas for my 09 ACR given the sport cup dilemma I have (Michelin no longer makes the sport cups). my concern as stated above is if the 355's will fit and not rub in the wheel wells. anyone with experience using the 355's on a Gen IV ACR?

No problem fitting on a gen IV. That's what we tested them on.

The 2013-2014 contract to supply OE Gen 5 tires was met with much lower numbers than planned. So Pirelli undoubtedly has some surplus tires, but none should be older than 2013.....

Has anyone tried ordering them today? Called each of the numbers literally 11 times and did leave a message but no call back. Its now 5PM in Georgia so I am not expecting a call today anymore.

    Anyone get through?

I didn't call, but emailed a question to Mark at Pirelli about the build dates and got a quick answer similar to Jon's above.....build dates are in 2013 and 2014.

Too bad they don't have an option for 18 inch rears. This takes out a HUGE portion of us GEN 1 & 2 owners. Maurice, can you help us out??

One other thing and that is I note the sizes are slightly different than what I have on my 06 Coupe. I take it these will fit on the factory wheels. May sound like a silly question but just want to make sure as I will order a set.

Thanks for any help you can give and these are indeed great prices.
It's US currency, since the sale is done through the US office. You're not buying from a dealer in Canada. Yes, tires fit Gen III/IV cars. Realize the widths on a tire refer to the widest point between sidewalls, not the width of the tread itself or the bead.

Your best bet is to email. Please understand that this is not an order desk. These people have "real jobs" and are doing this program as a favor for us. So be patient. Thanks.

Sorry, this offer is limited to the sizes/tires quoted. But the savings could go a long way towards a new set of 18/19" rims!

Lots of unanswered questions. A great deal for the members, perhaps its also a learning experience for the club. Perhaps next time, it could have been set up to go through some of our Vendors?. Then, all these questions could be handled by the Vendor's. That IS their day job.

Take this as a suggestion, because it's not a complaint. It's great the club does stuff like this for the members and I appreciate it.

Thanks for the suggestion, but this is a factory-direct purchase, so we can't use vendors. You're buying straight from Pirelli, not their dealers. The dealers wouldn't make any money, so they wouldn't handle it. And this is a one-off program for us, so they don't have a sales staff to handle this. Just need to be patient. They are aware of the situation. Thanks.

You never know unless you ask. PartsRack does a LOT of stuff for the good-of-the-order and for the sake of building relationships. Example: We have answered THOUSANDS of Tech-support questions on this site and others, with little-or no hope of making money on service advice and helpful tips. [ I have a large portfolio of 'thank you' messages that mean more than the profit in many cases. ] Chuck T, Dan C, and Sean R too.

And we know the Viper-specific technical tire and suspension CORRECT answers that the 'sales reps' at Pirelli wont know. I'm sure we might work something out....Thanks SHOOTER for floating the suggestion and supporting Vendor relations.

My first (glowing) review of Pirelli tires on a G5 Viper was here: http://www.allpar.com/reviews/13/viper.html

And I just drove 200+ miles at Sebring, some in the wet, on Pirelli Corsa tires..... a confident experience.

So would I need a Gen V front rim to fit these tires on my ACR, or would the stock ACR rim be OK with these tire sizes?

No, these tires fit stock wheels on all Gen III and IV cars. (Cute Avatar, btw).

I am a firm believer in supporting the club Vendors as much as possible. Y'all pay to be here, and I appreciate it.

I just had thought I would make the observation, as I figured it would be a win win for the club. Guess I was wrong.

FYI guys, the 355 wide Pirelli isn't much wider than the common Michelin 345. So yes, they will fit on all factory rear 19" wheels. Should be zero rubbing, as the factory wheel offsets are not aggressive at all. We have fit 375 wide tires on Vipers before, so plenty of room.

As Maurice said, you guys with Gen 1-2 cars could always pick up some used Gen 3-5 wheels to update the look and fit these newer tires.

No worries on fitment and keep in mind many are running 315s on the fronts of their ACRs ( 295s are standard on one, so tons of room ). Frankly have always thought 295 was a perfect size to get rid of some of the push -- 275 is major dinky in my personal opinion.

Just food for thought, but have any of you thought about how many of these brand new Corsa's are going to get torn to pieces being installed? These things are super fragile when installing. Just a word of caution to anyone getting them mounted by a local wheel and tire jockey or even a Dodge dealer.
