Little plastic ring

Bonjour guys,

I own a red 97 RT/10 with a missing part...that little plastic cover/ring that goes in the whole where the hard top rear brackets get in. It's annoying me, the car is so low, when people look at it, it sticks out like a pimple is the forehead. I checked at most viper parts supplier on the net, checked with Larry and nowhere I can find it...any help would be appreciated
