Slotted and Drilled Rotors and Pads ?

I was looking to do slotted and drilled rotors and new pads and came across these. The price seems way low so I'm thinking they can't be any good ? Who sells a decent 4 wheel set at a fair price or are these actually worth a look ? I'm not looking to do big brakes just a brake job.

MAYBE, if you just want looks and never drive hard (or especially track the car).
If you want good looking and performance, you'll really need to step up to some nice 2-piece rotors, which will set you back about $1800 or up for all 4. The nice part about them is that you not only remove unsprung weight, but when it's time to replace them, you just have to buy new rings, which is cheaper than your initial purchase price.
Plus, if you track the car, I'd stay away from drilled rotors period. They look good, but are more prone to cracking. Slotted and dimpled are the way to go.

I don't plan on tracking or drag racing the car and I drive like an old man most of the time.

One of the UK Viper guys had EBC dimpled rotors, one of those cracked!

I have BAER Eradispeed two piece rotors on my car (currently drilled and slotted) You end up with fatigue cracks around the drilled holes, this is not a problem until the cracks join up!

When time comes to replace the rotors, I'm going Slotted only

Street-Only cars can get by with slotted+drilled 'sexy' rotors. Even TRACKED cars can too, but "holey rotors" have terrible endurance when tracked and can and do crack sooner.

We have "show queen" slotted+drilled+plated 1 pc sets of 4 priced as low as under $500/set !!.......... or as much as $2800/set for Brembo-2pc. And priced everywhere in between. $799 / $1095 / $1549 Lots of options

Don't waste your money on drilled rotors. They will crack even under light duty. Slotted only or OEM.

Hmmm....have to disagree with you on that one. My drilled rotors have seen extreme track duty and have not cracked. Just normal heat checking. They would last a very long time on the street.

I can only go with my experience, 3 different sets. Are you using Baer?

Everybody's different on brakes, some people are easy on them and others like to
late brake....thats me haha.

We have but a LOT of HPDE type miles (and Pace car events) on track on drilled rotors.

If your rotors (especially drilled) expire too soon, your PAD choice is likley a large part of the problem.

I fully stand behind the fact that street cars can expect long, sexy, car-show-winning life from some drilled rotors.

Tracked cars can too, depending on temp range, length-of-sessions, and CF of chosen pads. But apples-to-Apples useage, DRILLED rotors will always expire sooner than slotted or plain.....

I never expected these to stand up to track abuse to be honest with you. And even though they have, I prefer Stoptech and/or Brembo slotted rotors for track use.

I run Roe dimpled and slotted rotors with EBC redstuff pads have had them on for 2 years no cracking and low dust from pads.
