If you are serious about it, you have to decide whether or not you want to keep the variable valve timing...there are folks out there thinking about coming up with different VVT grinds, but so far no one has come back with any results. Since HPTuners is an option, you could potentially go with a solid grind, but you'll likely end up losing the great low RPM driveability and relatively low emissions which is the reason there's a VVT cam in there in the first place.
I'd personally wait and see if someone can come up with a more aggressive VVT cam before going down this road...plenty of other things to do that will get you well into the low 600s at the wheels without too much effort.
