Hi folks. Just a quick intro. I just took delivery of my 09 ACR yesterday! Looks like I'm just in time to become part of this new family! Happy to be here.
Short history: I love cars and have owned a variety from Lotus to Noble to Porsche to Lambo and many in between. I've always loved Vipers since their intro in the 90s and after a day of ownership I'm kicking myself for not having ridden the snake sooner. I really love my Viper!
I'm a usability engineer by trade and also the president of the Baton Rouge Cars and Coffee meets.
Thanks to Maurice for this great new club and community.
Looking forward to making new friends!

Congratulations on your new Viper. I also have a 2009 ACR. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I have enjoyed mine. Have had it for a little over two years and am just as excited as the day I got it. Post a picture. Would love to see the color.

If your Viper is all red, and since it has a 6-speed manual, you might even describe it as a Baton Rouge !!!

To address the questions of past cars and their types, the entire resume includes:
1990 - 1995 1990 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS DOHC (white)
1995 - 1998 1995 Firebird Formula (black)
1998 - 2001 1998 Integra Type R (white)
2001 - 2004 2001 Firebird Formula (black)
2004 - 2006 2001 Corvette C5 (pewter)
2006 - 2008 2006 Nissan 350Z (silver)
2008 - 2009 2007 Lotus Exige S (orange)
2009 - 2011 2003 Lamborghini Murcielago (orange)
2010 - 2010 2007 Noble M400 (silver, too hot on the inside, sold it quick)
2011 - 2011 2007 Porsche 911 GT3 (black, didn't like the handling, sold it quick)
2012 - 2013 2008 Lamborghini Superleggera (yellow, Twin Turbo, 1100whp, didn't like the paddle shift, wanted something more analog)
2013 - Now 2009 Viper ACR !! (black w/ white stripes and loving every second of it...this one is a keeper)
Mods that came with my ACR include:
ACR-X Canards, Hurst short throw shifter, Team Tech Harnesses driver and passenger, Belanger headers, Mopar Performance ECU, Ported and Polished Intake by Arrow, Carbon fiber intake shields w/ Viper logo, Carbon fiber air shield, plug wire boots with Viper logo
