I have a gen 1 and am thinking about replacing stock throttle bodies with a set or 70mm bodies. I would also put on straight tubes and K&H bullet filters. How much of a realistic hp gain would this give me. Thanks.

5-10hp if that.
I know these are Gen II comparisons, but should be close. Chrysler rated the ACRs with a 10 hp increase over the standard Vipers and they simply changed over to smooth tubes, and a friend of mine did a dyno comparison with simply changing out the air filter with a K&N filter and picked up 11 wheel hp. So with what you are planning on changing I would think over 30 hp gain is possible.
I guess it would be worth doing anyway. If nothing else I should get a better fuel mixture ratio.
I put 65 mm throttlebodies on my 95 but I did head work at the same time. Without head work I doubt you will gain much hp. Another problem is that the holes in the intake manifold where the throttlebodies mount aren't even big enough for 65mm's. You will have to open up the intake to match the larger throttlebodies. My Gen.1 after headwork etc. made 498 rwhp.
Be careful, I don't think the "better air-fuel ratio" is a given. Larger TBs will be open at a smaller angle for the same air flow. That means the throttle position sensor will think "more closed" but the larger opening will be doing "more air." And a Gen 1 is sensitive to this because the right side TB doesn't have a position sensor, so any mis-timing of their openings induces the hi-ho cowboy bucking at low speeds. Some people wonder why their driveability gets worse with larger TBs(even if peak HP is greater) and I think it's because the ECU has trouble resolving the new air flow vs. angle. IMHO, of course.

On an otherwise stock engine, larger TBs are often more trouble than they're worth. The smooth tubes and K&Ns will net bigger gains than bigger TBs, and without the possible loss of drivability. Save the TBs for if/when you do some engine work.

sybil, same thing, you will lose power. A guy i know (JD) tested it on a fully built motor with a paxton and he still lost power
