We've got a ton of fun things lined up and even if your co-pilot isn't interested in some of the events there's plenty to do around the resort on Lake Conroe!

Talked to the autocross planners yesterday and they are pumped. Asked me how fast and long I wanted the course. Told them to let the Vipers rip a little so it should be a great time! Also Beth has a great Food truck reserved for that day as well. I'm thinking about having a fun open session for practice runs most of the day and then at the end of the day it would be fun to run the cars for times against other cars of their same generations. i.e. quickest gen in each catagory.

I'll try to think of something fun to add a little friendly competition to the day.

Could do it that way but everyone is driving out there so people will be on street tires. It's just for fun so we'll see.

Ok folks, here's the scoop on the Southern Empress dinner cruise on Lake Conroe:

- Call 936-588-3000 and tell them you're part of the Texas Viper Round Up group to make and pay for your reservation
- Cost is $86.37 per person or $172.74 per couple with tax and gratuity already included. There is a cash bar if you so choose to partake.
- Boarding time is 6:30 p.m.
- Cruise time is 7:00 to 10:00 p.m.
- DJ and dance floor for ya'll to show us your moves!!!

Called the Empress today and all booked but when you do call to make your res. you might want to ask her for a text receipt and I am still waiting for one.

I would, and I also plan to. The only reason why we chose not to make a large reservation was to mitigate our clubs risk of having to pay any no show fee's for cancelations. We will still all be on it and as it gets closer we'll get a head count, but it should be a blast.

We have booked our room but not under the Texas Viper Round Up block of rooms they have no rooms left in the Resort so they are sending Round Up guests to the Golf cottages app. 1/4 mile away from main Resort so we booked outside of the block of rooms..to be with the action lol....but they do have a shuttle to take you too and from The golf cottages to resort.

What the hotel is telling us is that we should have rooms. They have extended the block a week, you might give them another try to get in the Hotel.

The golf cottages are literally right by the hotel and are really nice. People might actually enjoy being in their own "house" better than the Hotel.

Atta boy, and the "cottages" might be a better place to hang out after hours anyways. I might also try and get a boat or two docked at the hotel just incase we want to head out on the water in the evening.

Hey Everyone as Richard mentioned, YES I have a great document that has all events and times in a very detailed and easy to understand format.

I am waiting on one last start time for completion. Trying to see if we should get to the autocross 30 minutes earlier or not. We will get this out to you guys via email as soon as I get that one start time.
