Viper is the least ticketed car. That's because it's driven by old farts...like Nineball, Shooter, Flatout, Cody...hahahaha.

Or it could be that the Viper is the fastest car since it outruns all the cops. No stop, no ticket. YMMV & IANAL. :-)
Most likely numbers, not enough to be seen getting pulled over. ZERO Lambraghinni Veneno's have been ticketed.

Most don't daily drive the Viper. I can vouch for number 4 on the list....I had quite a few tickets in that car over the years.
Haha I resemble that remarkMy boy Walker.
You would think they would have to do tickets per mile driven to really get an accurate idea. The article does state that the owners "tend to be older" but I like to refer to you guys as experienced. : )
It makes sense though that a daily driver on the road for 20k miles per year is just much more likely to get ticketed because at some point or another, everyone breaks a traffic law, no matter how minor. 20k miles offers a lot of opportunity to get seen by LE the one time you didn't signal or misjudged a light.
Though have any of you ever gotten favor for being in the Viper? I feel like I have. Once got a warning and the officer said "I know the car is fast and it's very easy for you to be speeding and maybe not even notice it" and he let me off with a warning and said "just slow it down a bit out here on the freeway. Because when you speed it encourages people to speed and they can't maneuver and stop as easily as you can." It was out on the highway between Phoenix and Tucson and they write tickets out there non stop. I suppose it doesn't hurt that I am stunningly good looking. And do have a squeaky clean driving record.
Just wondering if you think you ever got a break because the Viper where you feel you would have gotten the ticket in your daily driver.

Well I was busted @ 120 mph on my Maiden Voyage of all things.
Glad I didn't have this info then.
Funny, the viper is the only car I got ticketed with
A couple months ago I rolled a stop sign, and as I did it I looked in the rear view and saw the flashing lights of a cop. He was already pulling me over for speeding when I rolled the sign right in front of him. He comes up to the window, and basically I admit I rolled the stop sign and that that was dumb. He said, "I used to be a car guy before I became an officer. Love your car, slow down and be careful".
In my experience cops absolutely love the viper.
My girlfriend was driving the car and rolled through a stop sign. The cop pulled us over and asked "do you know why I pulled you over". She said "No, I wasn't speeding". The cop said "miss you did not stop at the stop sign". Without a beat she tells him "This car just looks like it is always moving". The cop laughed a little and let her go.
I think that I would have been in serious trouble if I had been 20 years younger. But, it may also have been just recognizing that the Viper is an irresistible temptress. The shame of it (for me) was that I was driving on my way to a Viper Days event was going to have legal fun and knew better.
AZTVR, I think there are much worse mistakes one can make. You didn't say how fast you were going but I bet being on the way to a Viper days event probably had you jazzed up and caused you to get a little deep on the throttle.
Is geritol to help you, um, "make"?
