94 alarm set

My alarm set light is constantly on. I tried everything to make it go off. Used the remote to turn on/off and light still stays on. Is there a way to reprogram or reset the system. Thanks all that reply.

I remember having this problem once with my Gen1. I had to remove the drivers side kick panel under the dash. I used the repair manual and I remember it telling me to make a jumper wire with alligator clips on both ends and then I can't remember the details, but I believe there was a pin on a plug I had to ground and it went away. Maybe someone else can chime in with further details.
