    Viper Powered Honda S2000..?

it is on ebay right now. here is a pic. buy it now $27k. Pretty odd combo. not sure how they wedged the engine in there... of course no hood doesn't look too neat either.

I cant even imagine the uneven weight distribution now. But the Honda s2000 was a real icon and sorely missed by many. Great car back then and a popular auto crosser. It also appears the silver car next to it has a V8 in it.

yeah it looks like an RX7 with an LS motor in it. Can't really tell though.

I think you are spot on and its been bugging me all day to remember the model of that car. I do remember when they were really something to have in that time period.

    Amazing.

Anyone know how hard is it to work with/change the ECU?

You would have to use a Viper ECU, wouldn't you? Make the S2000 just a shell and suspension, custom drive shaft and LOTS of time. At least in my mind.

There is a whole movement of people putting the LS1 motor in Miatas. I don't know how you control it around a track but it must be doable. Anyone have any experience with those Miatas? Are they well behaved on the the track (as Miatas can certainly be) or are they a straight line car?

if it's not supercharged then who cares

no really that is an insane amount of work! hope he has good luck with the sale, but I would rather have an S2000 bone stock if I were ever to get one.
