Hi guys....I've already emailed the Wizard and will follow up on his recommendations next.

I found that the seal/dustcap on my steering rack...where the steering shaft connects...is partially missing/broken. (On my 2000...it looks like the head of a plunger.) According to Chuck...Chrysler only sells the seal with the entire rack. It's a dustcap to keep the grease in and clean...there's no pressure. I know there are remans being done on these racks....and they fit other Mopars...so I figure the seal/dustcap must be available somehow.

In my on-line search, I read that someone made one from a CV boot for another car. It looks fine in pics...but I'd sure like to find the right part.

Any ideas?
