Do the 08 5 star rims rub on a gen 2?

Hey I have a 98 GTS and recently got a good deal on a local set of 08 5 star rims with rubber. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knows if these rub the wheel well when doing a tight turn. There are no visible markings on the wheel well or tires, but it is more a feeling. There is no noise, but when I make a tight turn it is almost as though there is a slight skipping feeling as though something is holding it back, then it's not (and so on)

If you're full lock you are probably feeling the limited slip in the rear diff... You should have plenty of room though, easy to check though turn the wheel and get out of the car :-)

Hmmm...maybe i did have that before the new wheels but never felt it. Is feeling this limited slip okay or did I do somethig wrong over the winter when I did a gear fliud swap?

I did an amsoil gear fluid change last december, but didn't put slip lock gear fluid in there as they said it wasn't necessary. Would this help out?

It's fresh fluid. Can I just add the slip diff fluid into what's already there?

Stick with the stock stuff and change it out.
