Also, he needs a head count and size for shirts, he is having made up! I am going to e-mail and make some calls to get a better idea who is going to be with us! This is going to be sooo fun! 11167 Hickman Road Urbandale, IA, 50322, United States of America, ‎888 734 8503‎ My recommendation based upon proximity to most events and price. I've stayed here, it's a decent hotel. Nice rooms. Large parking lot. Give me a count and I'll try to have an area roped off, but I can't make any promises on that. Shouldn't be an issue tho since it's a very safe area.

Comfort Suites has a sketchy cancellation policy, if you choose the "Advance rate" your room is NOT refundable.
I think I will keep my room at AmericInn Hotel & Suites. Free cancellation in case it rains or snows out the event.

Well sorry peeps I have been MIA! Work has consumed last two week's. I drove my pile over the weekend only to find that I have a temp issue (Guage pegged to 250) I think I got the problem figured out. Waiting on parts. My wife can no longer make the trip with me. So I'll be attending Saturday alone.



Hope I get my issue resolved in time for the trip.
