I don't think you can appreciate how low these cars are...

...until you drive one at night. Took my 94 out on Saturday night and some headlights were very close. I was thinking these SUV/pick ups got some nerve driving so close. Then they passed me, one was a Civic coupe and another was a Volvo wagon

Does anyone know which vehicles the Vipers are taller than?

When I drive my viper at nights, headlights in the mirror won't come close.

The Lotus Elise/Exige is the lowest current production car. (but, yeah, not available for sale in the US currently)

I drove my Pantera for about 8 years as a daily driver. It's a weird feeling to be passed by a truck and see log nuts out your window. What's worse was headlights in your rear view. I usually drove the speed limit. If I went with the flow, I had lights in my eyes. If I went faster, people wanted to race.

The Viper is very low too, so it's a lot of the same thing.

Amazing machine, weren't those things like 42" tall, didn't the 40 in GT40 stand for its height? I could be wrong, I'm amazed I actually even knew what it was.

I need to do a pic with a side-by-side comparison between the Pantera and Viper.

Mine is lower then stock, btw. Ford added spacers to meet US bumper regulations. My car is where Tom Tjaarda designed it.

LMAO on this as I have owned every one of these except the x19, Porsche and Lotus. Man that B210 was a piece of junk.
