VOA is so much more than a car club

VOA is so much more than a car club, it's a family.

From our home page. VOA member's group picture at NVE1.

Great photo....it is probably just coincidence, but I can clearly see what is now the new "Halo" car, lol.

    Sorry, I couldn't resist.

That's funny. I didn't notice that before. Robert....we're not talking about your Yellow/Black Viper so don't get excited.

+ 3 I'm getting fed up with all the talk about the Hellcat on a Viper forum, would be nice if it could all be moved to the other rides section. Sorry but I've NO interest what so ever.

yes it is, i especially liked how it doesn't matter if you have a '94, '95, '06, ACR or 70 vipers everybody is on the same page with everybody, the cars brought us together and the people make us stay, i had been having troubles with my knees lately and was thinking of selling my viper and getting something more " comfortable"(911 turbo,GTR), but after enjoying this weekend with the VOA, i'll probably work harder on getting my knees in better shape, so i can keep enjoying being part of the best " car owners assoc. " in the world.

That's awesome you made it from the UK! It's a bitch of a drive though. Gets pretty rough after Wales.

Just inflate all Tires to 600psi and hit the gas pedal, waving down a tanker for fuel is the tricky bit

It was great to meet you and everyone from the Carolinas! Glad you're gonna keep the viper! Hands down the best car club ever! I too have a bad knee but somehow when I'm in my viper the pain magically disappears! Looking forward to seeing you at the next "family reunion" in New Orleans.
    Take care,
    Rusty

Hint: Some newer clutch technology might help: lighter weights; lighter actions; lighter feel; Less cost than Knee Replacement!

Looks like you have a gen 3. Dunno your take on the new gen 5, but it has a really nice soft clutch and is very easy on the knees.

Great shot- though I also thought the Hellcat focus was a bit ironic...

I have a question, WTF was a Challenger even in the picture to begin with? Seems odd a Challenger would be center stage at a Viper homecoming event.

I don't really understand the butt hurt from the hellcat being there, it was at the CHRYSLER Museum where they were nice enough to open their doors to all Viper owners.

It (Hellcat) was planned to be in the circle of the sculpture for the photo shoot.

Chrysler supports the VOA, we support Chrysler.

    It's as simple as that.

That was done on purpose? I supported Chrysler by spending 6 figures on their former halo car lol, when they were begging people to buy them due to slow sales.

You think they'll put a Viper inside the Halo for the next big Challenger gathering? I doubt it. Sorry but poking the guys with the deepest pockets seems like an incredibly poor sales strategy.

This is the Viper Owners Association, not the Dodge Owners Association.

It's the angle that the picture was taken from that put the "Challenger in the Halo". There is actually more vipers in the circle not in the picture. It was more about the people and not the cars.

I understand that, but as Randall just mentioned it was done intentionally. That's fucked up.
